10 Suggestions to Increase Productivity at Your Desk
Get rid of pens and pencils that are not used.
Place things based upon frequency of use.
Put “pocket-stuff” in one spot (e.g., keys, phone).

Keep a post-it pad nearby for quick notes that are needed.

In the midst of serious thinking, allow voice mail to answer your calls.
