  • Process/Policy—how the work gets done. Practical outworking of the philosophy.
  • Program—what we are doing; the front lines, the tip of the spear; the actual doing of the mission of the camp.
  • Property—the resources, buildings, assets, and tools that the camp uses to accomplish its job.
