Never Say Never Mind
- When somebody asks you, “What’s wrong” or “Are you okay?” never respond by saying, “Never mind”—this kind of response stops all conversation; instead of taking the time to communicate, you have chosen to keep your thoughts and words bottled up.
- Several things can shut down conversations: crying, silence, and sometimes even constant talking—talking with someone who cares for you can be helpful, so don’t be afraid to talk with others; listen to those who share biblical principles.
- If someone has told you “Never mind,” be patient as you continue to try to communicate—act with kindness, gentleness, love, and longsuffering.
Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
